"The stay was lovely except for two things: no A/C for summer heat so we had to leave thw door open but the hotel is right on a very busy road and the traffic was very loud into the night and early morning - including semi-trucks."

Also there is a bath house/pool/sauna right across the street from the main entrance and a mini mart across the roundabout, not forgetting you are couple minutes walking distance from the train and bus station. "Definitely enjoyed the breakfast and other available amenities. Trails are only a short walk away and connect to neighboring towns. The views of the Allgäu are amazing. The staff were great and quite courteous. Will stay here again!"

"We have stayed here twice now. It is a small traditional hotel. Set at the edge of town, it has an unobstructed and amazing view of the valley and mountains. Rooms are clean and the breakfast is very good. The room also came with a Allgäu-Walser-Card which was a great savings. Not sure if this was a special offer or a normal practice. "

"The self check-in facility wasn't working and it took 30 minutes and phone conversations with 3 people before a very helpful lady was able to assist. Another guest spoke to us during that time to say he'd had trouble checking in 3 days earlier and had not had any wifi access at all for his stay. When we got into our room it was comfortable but finding long hairs hanging over the kitchen bench from the mezzanine floor above, 3 open sachets of coffee and sugar open in the bowl of sachets provided...
