"I found the room to be spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is very modern and ia 5 minute walk (if that) to the train stop. If I remember correctly Kriens is only 2/3 stops away from Lucerne which I think is a fantastic town. The offer the usual continental breakfast which I found to be fresh each day. Overall I had a really comfortable stay. "

"Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our first visit to Luzern. Train station is just across the street in a wonderful neighborhood. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. "Cons- The family accomodation not suitable for more than 4 people with a max of 2 adults per stay. The towels were tiny, they were only big enough to wrap around my 5 year old son. The lift in the building was tiny and only big enough for 2 people. Pro-The apartment was easily accessible and the communication was excellent. The only info I would share for others is that an eye mask and ear plugs are 100% essential! The hallway light remains on full and a lot of light came in under the door and window blinds. "Gorgeous hotel close to the centre. Clean, hot shower and lovely room with a view of the lake. Could not have asked for better service, especially Victoria who was so generous with both her time and knowledge. Recommendations were excellent! Would definitely recommend and hope to return. "
