"The hotel was good clean and tidy. Staff were great and helpful. BAD POINT though. There is kettle and cups in room but only a teabag on offer. When I asked at reception for some coffee and milk I was told there is a shop across the road that sells it. The hotel don't do it. "Amazing Experience. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfortable yet affordable place. The hotel is very clean and calm . Also located in Melzo which is a classy neighborhood. The owner is very kind and helpful. I came late one day from Milan and it was rainy and dark . I didn't find any taxi and couldn't walk alone , I called recepetion and Elena the owner came by her own car and took me to the hotel. She made sure I have the best room and didn't mind changing it for me at first...

"The hotel though slightly dated is good quality with large rooms and comfortable beds. The main issue is as the bathroom was fitted out a while ago the shower cubicle is small. But this is not unusual in Italy! We didn’t have dinner in the restaurant but the breakfast was good. The grounds had plenty of space to park and to exercise our dog. Overall we would certainly stay at the San Pancrazio again."

"this property has so much potential but the lack of service and care to our stay was disappointing. we waited over 30 minutes in reception and no one showed. I had to go behind the reception and use their phone to try to call someone. no appologies just told they were on a break. later that evening the ceiling leaked, water was all over the floor and again there was no one in reception to help. "The hotel is tired looking and could do with a severe revamp. However, the beds, bed linen and towels were clean and the shower was super hot and efficient. It was very cheap and therefore you wouldn’t expect more than you get. It is about 45-50 minutes from the centre of Milan, but because it was so cheap to stay we used Uber to travel back and for which was very convenient. "
