"I have booked one night stay with breakfast included. During check in process, I agreed with reception that breakfast should be ready at 07.30. Next day in the morning the reception and restaurant were closed and I could not find anyone who could explain me this situation. I finally left the hotel without breakfast I paid for. "

"We only had one night in Ribe with our two teenage children, so wanted accommodations with plenty of space. Storkesøen was perfect! We had a large a-frame cabin with three bedrooms and a full kitchen. it was so nice to hit the grocery store and be able to come back and make dinner and breakfast. Kitchen was well-equipped with all the basics. We did have to pay additional per person rate for linens (bath towel and sheets) but traveling from overseas it required. "It was off season and at night so we drove right past it. When we were finally situated the owners (staff) were wonderful to deal with. We even added an extra night after we stayed there because we liked it so well."
