"We checked in on a Sunday afternoon, there was a note saying where to find a phone to call reception. This was answered straight away. The key to the room was on a board by the phone and I had been told where the room was. The entry for the hotel in the website said there was a restaurant but it was closed. "Dieses Hotel ist ein typisches Tagungshotel. Das heisst die meisten Gäste kommen nur für 2-3 Tage und in größeren Gruppen. Deswegen ist Frühstück nur bis 9.30 Uhr und Check-Out schon um 9 Uhr. Das ist vielleicht für den einen oder anderen privaten Gast sehr früh, passt aber für die Tagungshotelstrukturen gut. "A fabulous, family-run boutique hotel in an amazing location in the centre of old town Baden-Baden. The rooms are nice and the breakfast room is stellar with lovely decor and an excellent breakfast including homemade pots of chia with almond milk and platters of tropical fruit. Plus a barista with made-to-order coffee drinks. I wish I had stayed longer and will definitely come back to this hotel and to Baden-Baden"

"Lovely small hotel with very comfortable rooms. Had dinner in the restaurant and its lovely local dishes and very tasty. Breakfast is also very well catered for. Love the super comfy beds and will stay again. "

"The hotel was clean and conveniently located to the city center. The staff was friendly and there was a good basic breakfast. The room was too warm and it was difficult to turn down the heat. There was no reception after 17:00. There was no evening meal service, but the city center with several good restaurants was only 5 minutes walk."
