"Nice central hotel. Much better than I was expecting. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable and shower was hot. Breakfast was excellent - the best choice I've had in Romania. I also ate in the restaurant a couple of times and although the menu isn't huge, there's plenty of choice, the food is very well presented and the price was surprisingly good - Much cheaper than a similar restaurant I went to near the cathedral. All in all I'd happily stay there again."

"Thai is a new hotel in excellent condition. There is air conditioning. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Bear Lake (Medve-to). The indoor spa is tastefully decorated and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"They are very rude and mad all the time. They have no understanding of what customer service is, we stayed one night and left. I come to Sovata 3-5 times a year and they won’t be seeing us again. Crystal Hotel is the best. "

"This hotel has been sold and the staff just do not care. Liars, and they stole from oursuitcase Where do I start! The guy on the desk that looks like the robot in pasenger movie, booked two of us in to a single room, where we struggled. We were told he was told he shouldn't have done.that There may be a sense of racism there. RESTAURANT He also said they have events every night so we can not have evening meals here.
