"Wir hatten ein frisch renoviertes, recht großes Zimmer mit tollem Design und hochwertigen Materialien. Beim Spa merkt man, dass es mehrmals erweitert wurde. Das ist anfangs etwas unübersichtlich, bietet aber durch die vielen Bereiche aber dann für jeden etwas. Das Frühstücksbuffet war riesig und auch beim Abendessen gab es reichlich Auswshl und sehr gute Speisen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. "

"We stayed at the property during an incredibly warm period and were located on the 4th floor of the hotel. There’s no air conditioning and a fan wasn’t available, sleeping was very difficult. Otherwise, the property and the staff were great although the interior finishes are looking a little tired. I would suggest this is a 3 star hotel, not a 4 star, and would have been excellent if we were paying 3 star rates."

"I have over 100 bookings annually (4 to 5 stars). But honestly this one was probably the best I've have ever been. We were welcomed with very friendly professional staff. The hotel is super clean and comfortable. We received 4 hours free entrance to the thermal park which was also very nice and clean. Breakfast was so delicious. Kids could also use indoor kid zone.
