"We stayed in the sg moritz suite. lovely sauna and jacuzzi and spacious bathroom highly recommend it .we have tea and coffee in the room we would have liked cold water and some milk jiggers for the coffee and tea overall we have a lovely experience.staff very helpful anx madd our stay comfortable "

Now for the negative no receptionist to welcome you. If you go late you stay outside. Too many bus loads of hikers stay there and they are catered to 1st Since i did not get a paper of when to check out i did not know. "Room was clean. Small kitchen for regular stuff if you want to cook there is a joint kitchen which has everything to come by. No elevator but view was Wow. Mattress was less of wow. Also Jaccuzi was nice but normal shower did not exist. Overall was very good "
