"My advice would be to request a room not near the main street. Everyone has a loud motor they need to sound like street racers from 1am - 3am (guessing closing of bars). The noise was terrible. "

"My favorite when we stay there when we ask if we could move to the pool view, the lady that work there she don’t ask for additional payment and very nice people from the front desk. And their cookies are so good! Only I noticed no microwave and their coffee is only one time I mean only good for one day even you stay for couple days. But over all it’s really nice and we will stay again. ❤️"

"We stay at this property frequently when visiting K-State. It's just across the street from the student union and a short five minute walk to Aggieville. We love it for that reason. However- the facility is showing its age. The rooms and bathrooms have paint chipping, grout that is coming off and the last few times the ironing boards have been covered in stains. "This apartment is amazing! It is immaculately clean & well maintained, with a fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals. The beds are comfortable. It is obvious the owners take pride in the facility. It is beautifully decorated & has a warm, welcoming feel to it. We appreciated being able to park right in front of the building. The deck on the back overlooks a lovely wooded creek & park. Very peaceful & serene setting. We loved everything about our stay & will definitely stay here again. "
