"The hotel has a great location. You can get by foot to the town centre in about 15 minutes and the beaches around the hotel are way less crowded than in other parts. There is also a bus station close by that will get you to Binz station as well as surrounding towns and the Rasender Roland. The hotel itself is surprisingly large with a lot of amenities on offer that we didn't have time to check, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as fun activities within the hotels perimeters....

"It is a particular style of decor throughout the Landhaus (everything about knights, and middle ages - all fake etc) that isn't appealing to me. The room was on the ground floor, you couldn't open the curtain or the window because everyone could look into our room and it was somewhat stuffy. I would not have taken this room if I had an option. A very regulated place: rules over rules."

"Very friendly staff, amazing location on canal. Room was large and very comfortable. Restaurant is excellent. Had dinner there two evenings and tried five different dishes - all delicious. Some of the best food we've had in Germany. Lots of nice walking paths - along the canal, beach area, to local ruins of a monastery. You can reach the innercity of Greifswald by bus - about 25 minutes away."

"We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a broader trip through Germany as we toured Rugen And Usedom. This is a remote hotel within walking distance to the Baltic Sea in the quaint little small town of Devin. The rooms are a decent size for Germany and they were clean and comfortable. The staff spoke little English but were very accommodating and helpful. The restaurant was one of our favorites in Germany with exceptional schnitzel! it was five stars! Would definitely stay here again."

"The room was disappointing in that it was too warm during the time of year we visited (August) as no air conditioning. The window opened only a tiny bit. There is parking at the front of the hotel, but not too many spaces. We ate in the restaurant which was nothing to write home about. "I payed for the room in advance, but i was charged again upon leave. It was recognized in the last minute and promised to refund me in a week. Parking at the hotel costs extra, so we parked at the station instead. Breakfast can be approached either before 9 or after, but not at any time. "Das „Hotel“ sind ca. 6 Zimmer im Bungalow neben einer großen Tennishalle mit Sauna und Fitnessstudio, die sicherlich schon vor dem „Hotel“ da waren. Im neu ergänzten Wintergarten gibt es Frühstück. Das heißt man muss vom Zimmer nach draußen (Jacke / Regenschirm) um zum Frühstück / Sauna zu kommen. Das Frühstück ist für 16€ wirklich viel zu teuer, denn die Auswahl ist karg, die Brötchen teils steinhart, dh mindestens vom Vortag. In der Sauna hing den ganzen Abend ein Mitarbeiter (bekleidet)...

"Own car park with ability to reserve a space, friendly and helpful staff, lovely spacious room (properly set up for 2 people!), good breakfast and we had a super dinner at the Binzer Hof one evening. The shower was one of the best we have come across for water pressure and temperature and the beds very comfortable. No bar in the hotel but minibar in the room and very reasonable prices. 2 minutes walk to the centre of the promenade."
