The other supporting staff are inconspicuous but the accommodation is kept extremely tidy and clean. The breakfasts are very good value and produced on the premises and unless you have a huge appetite, the basic offering should suffice. I had one dinner at the Auberge and it was noteworthy. "A quirky place that doesn’t allow electromagnetic radiation so all devices have to be turned off, they even had a radiation meter at reception to check. Connectors and ethernet cables are provided to connect phones etc to the imternet. Room was spacious but bathroom was very small.
