"Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet établissement, c’était très propre,l’appartement était plus grand que ce que nous avions réservé, mais c’était plutôt agréable. Par contre le seul point négatif est qu’il n’y avait pas de cafetière , on a demandé,l’accueil nous a répondu qu’il n’en avait plus mais il nous on proposé de descendre boire un café à la salle des déjeuners. "The Hoyel Le Nelson itself is a very nice, modern hotel and the room is very comfortable. The shower facilities are good but the bathroom door design is strange. The sliding door does not completely close, instead leaving a gap that results in magnification of any sounds emerging from the bathroom. "I recently stayed at Hôtel Carré Vieux Port and overall had a pleasant experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, the WiFi was quite disappointing, with slow speeds and frequent disconnections. Despite this inconvenience, the rest of the amenities and the friendly staff made up for it. "We had a great stay at ibis Marseille Centre Gare Saint Charles! The hotel and its facilities were clean and well-kept. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and answered our questions about our scheduled train ride. While smoking is very common in Europe, it is good to keep in mind (especially if you or your young children are sensitive to the smell) that some cigarette smoke may come through your window from the café below - we didn’t mind too much...

"Ive come to Marseille to visit my friend. For my stay, I wanted a hotel tjat was quite close to Saint Charles station and was an affordable proce. I booked Ibis via hotel.com and it disappoint. I arrived in the evening. The receptionist was very friendly , spoke good english and was very helpful. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a real treat offering cereals, toast, pastries, coffee and juices. I would definitely recommend this hotel. *5 all the way! "

"Comfortable rooms with access to the great hotel restaurant at all hours. Best meal we had in Marseille was a dinner at the hotel. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Fun and vibrant decor. Short walk to Old Port and most of Marseille. Staff very friendly and able to help us in English. We highly recommend Mama Shelter!"
