"Friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel is in a great location and rooms are clean and updated. We stayed here over the holiday and had a fabulous experience. The rooms have USB outlets so if you forgot your converters you are okay. Breakfast was also good. Hotel is connected to the mall for easy access to shopping and other amenities. It is also less than a block away from a tram hub where you can grab a tram and go anywhere.
