"Checkin did not offer welcome drink nor mentioned it. Overall staff responsiveness was lacking. Called room service at 6:00 AM for coffee and no one answered for a while. When it was answered we were told that they ran out of milk. First time I am hearing a hotel saying they do not have milk which is very basic. "

"We were the only "European" tourists staying in the hotel but were made to feel very welcome. The food was excellent and while relatively expensive compared to some of the local restaurants still very good value. Only down side is that if they have a wedding etc on it can be noisy in the garden rooms and the pool/pool area can be out of use."

"Hotel has no elevator, steps are high, no accessible room. I didn't stay there. I have to leave the hotel because my wife need accessible room and they dobt have a single room which ir accessible for a person with difficulty in mobility. I have arrived around 8:30 pm. I decided to leave immediately. Front desk manager said that if booking agent, expedia call them , they will return the money. Expedia states that they couldn't contact the hotel. "The beach is directly across from the property. The rooms are tidy and beautifully designed. Although the dinner was difficult because there wasn't enough staff and the food was being served quite late, the breakfast was excellent. If you need to go to the markets or temple, it's easy to find transportation. The hotel was reasonably priced and we had a pleasant stay. "

"I booked Deluxe king room online but I was given twin bed room without any concession . When I asked they said they don't have any other room available. It is not how it's shown in picture online. The floor, bed , AC was run down, sheets, towels had stains. It was terrible dusty overall. The room was unclean We would like to get refund or least some money back. I would not recommend this hotel. "
