"Hotel room bathrooms need cleaned. Toilet handle gets stuck so i had to take toilet tank lid off to flush the toilet. If you leave the property, they close the gates at nights. The outside showers and bathrooms are very run down and missing half the door with no where to hang your clothes/towel. The outdoor bathrooms are absolutely disgusting! Restaurant servers were all very nice but the kitchen is super slooooow expect and hour wait. "

"Room was advertised as a "Deluxe" with king bed. Sadly, the room was on par with budget hotels, lacked wash cloths, had a queen bed, no light bulb in the bathroom socket, and was very small. There were cobwebs in the corners of the bathroom and the towels pretty run down. The employees were very nice and beach lovely, but definitely not worth the price paid. We paid less at Bocas Olas and had a gorgeous view, king bed, and absolutely gorgeous facilities. Pretty bummed. Finally, the wifi code didn't work, which was unfortunate. "

"The only thing i did not like was the stains on the white sheets and the repair on the ceiling that caused some of it to be on top of the beds."
