"Hotel had no hot water for both of our stays. Staff couldn't do anything about it. Also they charged us extra fees that were not disclosed. The front office person was the rudest I have ever encountered. She refused to help and even mumbled bad language, I am not allowed to type here, several times under her breath when I asked questions. There are many good hotels in the area, this isn't one of them"

"It is not worth the stay. Staff is courteous. Rs 500, govt safari ticket they charged us 2000+ with no addons( not even a bottle of water). We had to drive ourselves to to the safari pick up point and had to wait almost an hour to get a bus . We were under the impression that the safari is in exclusive vehicles since the charge was more than 4 times the govt charge. 20 mnts into the safari, we returned to pick up more tourist and there was not enough seats. "Das Resort ist wundervoll! Die Aussicht auf den Chembra Peak, der Garten bzw das Resort-Gelände, das Essen und vor allem das unglaublich tolle Personal machten meinen Aufenthalt besonders! Thomas, der Manager, liest den Gästen jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab und ist so nett. Die weitere Damen und Herren sind aufmerksam und nett! Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte ein bisschen Schliff gebrauchen. Das hat meinen Aufenthalt aber in kleinster Weise negativ beeinflusst."
