"Staff were really lovely, they helped us book a taxi when our shuttle service ever showed up. The room we stayed in had two single beds, it was a comfortable size bedroom and the actual hotel room had pleasant lounging spaces too. The hotel rooms are basic in the sense that it is nothing extraordinarily fancy or elaborate. Nonetheless, the hotel staff were lovey and kind, the pool area was great, cleanliness across the hotel was never an issue."

"Location of property is ideal only a few mins walk into the centre for supermarket and restaurants and bars. We had first floor room at back of complex with sunbeds tables and chair on balcony. Reception lady very friendly on arrival, only had cleaners once during our short stay but that wasn’t a problem for us. Nice kitchen and lounge area but not much equipment if you were cooking evening meals but plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Didn’t use the pools so can’t comment but looked nice. "

"Beautiful high quality new apartment. Loved the roof terrace with the bath and balcony with sea views for the spectacular sunsets. Swimming pool was great but also very close to sandy beaches. Everywhere was very clean and well maintained. Apartment serviced daily and new bedding alternate days. Loved the resort of El Cotillo with old port with its bars and restaurants. Only downside was the building work in the resort."

"We booked a deluxe apartment, not sure what the difference is. The apartment was roomy, adequate kitchen for breakfasts and lunches no oven although microwave was a combi oven/microwave. Beds were comfy. Terrace/balcony was large with sunbeds, luckily we were in the sun most of the day. Bathroom had walkin shower with plenty of hot water although it did need some maintenance (grouting and sealant need replacing, mould on bottom of shower screen) Friendly helpful staff on reception. "Very polite and helpful staff. Food was good. Walking distance to the ocean. Walking distance to the bus stop. The rooms were a bit disappointing. They need to be updated and refurbished as the smell was awful. Bathroom smelling dump. Bedroom smelling mould. Blankets smelling awful but my wife asked for replacement and got a better one."

"The check in was different, the number on the email I got did not work, so once we arrived one of the numbers we called answered, not long to wait at all before we could go in to the house, this was good. The shared spaces were not clean and the system of not washing anything and waiting for the people managing the property to set off the dishwasher meant there was limited items that could be used.
