"The staff really let this place down. When we arrived we waited at the reception for 10 minutes while a member of staff carried on a casual conversation with a friend. We were told that breakfast was served from 8am - when we went downstairs at 8.20am all the lights were off and no one could be found. This is despite the fact that the reception was meant to be staffed 24 hours a day. The room was pleasant enough but the shower was black with mould. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, but as...
