"Everything was great about this hotel except the location was too far from the places we were visiting but worth the drive. We will stay in this hotel again and recommend it to our relatives and friends. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We felt very safe in the building. Thank you for a great experience."

"Nice and quiet"

"Place was underwheming. Not enough onsite parking to advertise it as such. No towels in the bathroom and we had to ask. Bathroom was very dirty."

"It was really loud, people were yelling and playing really loud music until almost 5AM."

"Please work on this property. The toilet didn’t have enough pressure to flush, there was no light in the bathroom in the shower area and I had to take a shower in the dark, the AC was extremely loud. We didn’t complain because the staff was really nice and didn’t want to make it a big deal but I wouldn’t stay there again and wouldn’t recommend it. :-("

"Primera vez que visitamos este hotel mi familia y yo, y para ser de la zona de Chachalacas está increíble, tiene una vista al río Actopan muy bonita, que hace combinación con la alberca y la fachada de las cabañas, muy buena para fotos Instagrameables. Lo único malo es que se escucha lo que hacen y hablan los de las habitaciones de junto, nuestros vecinos tenía la televisión encendida hasta altas horas de la noche lo que no permitía dormir. De ahí en fuera todo muy bien, incluyendo el desayuno...
