"At our arrival they intent to charge us more for taxes(16%), had to open my reservation to show them, don't have a restaurant and the nearest is 1/2Km. walking only, the room was infested with bugs even a snake after we had two nights, we were bitten by bugs every were, they never change the sheets during our 4 nights stay, intent to cancel and didn't want to give us credit. Very bad experience would give them -0."

"Esta muy bonita la habitación, pero para las personas que les gusta desconectarce, no tiene aire no tiene pantallas ni internet(no digo que este mal) lo que si no me gustó fue que en la aplicación ofrecen desayuno y por ese motivo reserve, y en la propiedad nadamas Hiba incluido fruta y café, tune que pagar 100 pesos por eso para mi hijo, se me hace muy caro solo por fuera y cafe"
