Hotel provided shuttle service to this place. They also picked me up after skiing. Very nice and helpful gentlemen at reception desk Pasquale. Hotel offers spa facility of the unbelievable quality which contains sauna, Turkish bath, whirlpool jacuzzi and many more. Thanks again , it was a wonderful time."

"We had the pleasure of spending 3 nights with Sylvia in her wonderful hotel. Sylvia welcomed us on arrival and gave us lots of information on Pinzolo and the area to allow us to make plans for our 3 day visit. We were given complimentary bus passes to be used in the area which made travel easy. Also Sylvia recommended some great restaurants for suppers. The daily breakfast buffet was filling and varied with fresh produce and great coffee. We left feeling like we were members of Sylvia's family....

"One of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed, pretty modern. We arrived hours after the normal check in time of around 2-3pm. We rode the taxi from the train station coming from Venice, about 7 minutes, spent about $10. The man/receptionist during the night shift welcomed us, and answered our questions. He walked us to our room, separate building from the main, and explained how to get back in. We arrived hungry and he recommended a pizza place not too far, walkable. The only negatives are 1. "The hotel is about 20 - 25 minutes from Bolzano center, its in Collepietra, Trentino-Alto Adige. The room we had was spacious, as well as the bathroom, (we love the heated floor in the bathroom), comfortable bed and good wifi reception. The hotel has restaurant and own parking. The staff were all helpful and kind. "
