Linen was provided free of charge, as were cleaning items for the flat and enough plates, cutlery and kitchen items, which some reviews had said were either extra or not available, but I believe towels were extra (we bought our own). "Helt otroligt mysigt hotell med super trevlig personal. Mysig miljö runtomkring hotellet där man kunde sitta och njuta av ngt gott i glaset. Bra frukust och ännu bättre middag. Kommer absolut bo här igen när jag återkommer till denna fina lilla by. Det lilla lilla minuset är att sängen och dessutom kuddarna var lite väl hårda. "

"La propreté au Chalet Della Guida est impeccable, tant le linge que la vaisselle et la salle de bain. Nous avons été bien reçu malgré un problème au niveau de la réservation (notre enfant n'avait pas été reporté dans la réservation, ni les petits déjeuners).
