"We booked this hotel because it was not expensive. We arrived early and were surprised that we were offered a room and could go there as soon as around 9AM. The lady at reception was very nice. Our room was pretty clean but incredibly cold. There were spare blankets and a heater. We used them, but I still could not warm up after a shower with water slightly higher than body temperature, it never became warmer. If you travel during the winter, you better reconsider this place. "Parking is a bit tight around the Hotel , we had to park about 1 block away other than that we love how we had so many different choices of restaurants within 5 minute walk I would return again for sure "

The Termas building is separate and is a bit outdated but I liked the circuit and different treatments I had there. It’s not a Spa in the conventional sense, but I was expecting that.
