In the morning, housekeeping entered the room at 9.00 am and we were still sleeping. I informed reception but they did not speak English, eventually someone came who spoke English and said it was my fault as I didn’t put the do not disturb sign in the door. They were not interested at all."

"The hotel was located within easy walking distance to the station and had a supermarket opposite which was great. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was very straight forward and not much choice. We only really slept and used minimal facilities. But the staff let it down on arrival. Rude and dismissive as soon as i tried checking in when speaking English. Almost walked out and go elsewhere but due to only using it to sleep and have breakfast. "Stayed there for 2 nights . Location wise a bit off the Paris centre but metro and light train T7 manage to do the connection efficiently . I arrived after checkin time and was able to check in quick . Room is a bit room but clean and looks recently refurbished as now it has air conditioning . All in all , the hotel is ideal for a few nights stay "
