"This was our 3rd motel in Brunswick Heads in 3 nights. The walls are thin, we heard every word of our neighbours conversations. Whilst this is a non-smoking motel ( signs are everywhere) there was smoking outside our room every hour or so during our stay so windows had to be closed and the smoke came into the room regardless. We reported it to the guy at reception but no action was taken. The water temperature in the shower goes from hot to cold and back again on its own, not sure if this is...

I know there was a weather event a couple of weeks ago but I would’ve hoped the shade sail over the pool could’ve gone back up by now, blackspot be tackled in the pool and a little bit of maintenance to the grounds like lawns be done."
