"This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction...

"A wonderful stay, the staff was so lovely and helpful. Everything was super clean and comfy. The grounds are well maintained and there's a bug supermarket across the road in which was super handy. "Staying here is an amazing experience. The place is seaside, and an easy hike to the National Park. There are bike rentals and boat tours nearby. The hospitality is extraordinary. "Decent property, lady that manages it is super nice and friendly. However bathroom is freakishly small, and has a window out to the public hallway of the property, and no lock on the door. Didnt feel the safest showering there (as anyone with access to the hostel can look directly at you while naked or open the door). Very walkable and nice location, near numerous shops, restaurants and little markets. Would i stay here again? No. But if youre looking for a cheap place to stay, it does the job."

We had free use of bikes to cycle into the Old Town, which was a nice touch - took about 20 mins along the coast road. Only a couple of places to eat within walking distance on the beach.
