"I booked a Tuesday night through this site. It failed to mention that the hotel is closed on Tuesdays. Just a receptionist. At least there was breakfast, which i had doubts about. I also got to see the rest of the hotel just before leaving. Fantastic location, clean, modern hotel. Just don't stay Tuesdays."

In no more than two minutes by walk, you can reach great local restaurants, amazing pastry shops as well as the main square (Piazza degli Scacchi) and the castle. Its staff is extraordinary helpful. "The staff in the restaurant are all amazingly positive and great at their jobs! It was a little tricky to find the entrance to the hotel but once we did - it was great. Wonderful rooms and atmosphere! I will stay here again! "

"Staff seemed aggressive room for 3 was cramped when we arrived there was no water in the hotel. Very few amenities local though Trevsio was a short bus ride away. Bought a bottle of wine from the bar one night it cost 10 euro wasn't chilled and was the worst wine I've ever tasted not what I expect from a hotel in Italy"
