"A very nice hotel for tourist and business trips alike. Steps outside the walls of the ancient heart of Fermo, a lovely hill side town. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable except for the shower stall which was very small. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was convenient but with limited options."

They asked me to upload our passports to the site on Expedia but there is nowhere to upload it to. So without uploading we couldn’t get our room. "Not far from downtown or the beach. Very reasonably priced with tremendous owners who really went out of their way to make it a pleasant stay."
