"We appreciated how efficient the check-in process was. They were ready for our arrival, had our keys already processed, and were friendly and prepared. We stay at this hotel often on the way to the Gulf Shores area and are always pleased with our service and the comfort of the hotel."

"The property is nice, particularly the lobby with it's sitting room, billard room, cafe/bar and open art gallery. However, the heat was not working in the lobby so no one really hung out in the bar area and the staff had portable space heaters scattered around. The room was nice, a bit smaller than usual but it's an older building so somewhat expected. Two things that were not great though was the lack of water pressure and the sheer, see-through curtains with bright streetlights outside."
