"We arrived at prime check in time but no one at the desk, and it took 10 minutes and ringing the bell multiple times before anyone showed up. The room was very basic, and was on the first floor. It was incredibly hot, and although there was a fan, even with all windows open, it didn’t cool off. The fridge in the room was also putting out exhaust heat, adding to the misery. Being on the first floor, with windows open, we heard ALL of the street noise of which there was much - teens racing...

Units face out to yards where you can see into other properties (like an apartment complex) so the walk-out deck area was not private and had no view. "We had a great stay, easy to find, centrally located, nice deck area, the bus stops very close to the hotel and the owner was very nice and takes time to help customers enjoy their stay in Andermatt. Thomas will make dinner reservations, guide service and just generally point you in the right direction. The room was really nice and seemed recently remodeled. I would stay again."
