"A localização do hotel é excelente para quem quer ficar no centro de Dourados. Anteriormente conhecido como Alphonsus, este foi um dos melhores hotéis na cidade nos anos 80. Mas hoje o hotel parece operar com mínimas atualizações desde seus anos de ouro. As instalações estão velhas e mostram o desgaste.
