"Reception opens at 5pm We went at 4:50pm and the receptionist yelled at us for showing up early I have traveled to over 80 countries and stayed at 100’s of hotels over the past 30 years Have not met someone more rude The hotel is clean (more like a motel). "Expensive. Our superior room was on two levels which meant we would have had to go down stairs in the dark for the loo. So we opted for another room with a shower over the bath. The shower head had to be hand held as the bracket attaching it to the vertical rail was loose and so the shower slipped down. The bed was hard.
