Also, in this particular hotel, dogs were not allowed into the bar area or even the reception area. This would have proved impossible if I had been travelling alone!! "In France most restaurants close at 21:00. Odd but true. Because of cancellations at the Channel Tunnel we were delayed leaving the UK by 2 hours and arrived in Tennie at 21:30. Frederick the owner had prepared us a very pleasant meal with an extremely welcome bottle of Pomerol. We have a small dog who was also made very welcome.
