"The hotel in general was nice. However there were 10-15 kids hanging out in the lobby and front door. Seemed like a school was being held there. It was very unusual. Also, parking was impossible. None existed. If it wasn’t for the kindness of a local gentleman I do not know what we would have done. If you are not driving that’s a different story. Restaurants in the area were awesome especially II Meggesse. "

"Property was very nice and clean. Couple of issues I had.1. We waited outside for an hour and half waiting to get in. I tried to call but no answer. Finally a neighbor came and let us in. They asked me to upload our passports to the site on Expedia but there is nowhere to upload it to. So without uploading we couldn’t get our room. "well I didn t stay there long one day in a half, because my daugther got her bag stolen in rome (bus depot) and I had to cut short my stay in Cupra ,the time to go back in rome to get her a new passport, however the time I spent there was very nice and the staff was very friendly and the driver of the shuttle bus was very friendly also."
