"Pleasant Staff, great location and view .Hotel does need some updating ie new carpets hall ways and reception area and decorating throughout. Room was ok other than cracked sink ,rusty bath ,marks on the wall dated furniture but room was fine for a 3 star .The view was amazing had superior double room with sea view .Breakfast was nice ,coffee was luke warm.Saying all that for the price felt it was value for money for the view . "

"This is a grand building that has a wonderful history. It is a little tired in places, but is undergoing refurbishments. The staff were all so lovely and nothing was ever too much trouble for them.
