"I honestly don’t know why people stop at This hotel & complain. It’s very cheap very warm & Cosy, not far from the town. If you want 5 star hotel then you need to pay 5 star prices. The breakfast was ok as well "

"Great location. I stayed in 5th floor and I could see the Riga Cathedral from the windows. It takes 3 minutes to walk to there. All major attractions are in minimum walking distance from the hotel. Staffs are friendly and breakfast buffet is great. I went up to the tower of St. Peter Church twice to see the whole Riga which looks magical with all snow covered roofs. I definitely come back and stay in the hotel again."

"The Metropole is a beautifully renovated old hotel. We loved our stay here. It was convenient and the staff were so helpful and kind. Our room was well appointed with a huge king size bed!
