"The only reason i gave 4 stars is because of the staff. One of the best and friendliest staff I’ve ever seen. I might come back another time just because of them. Cleanliness is a different story and it’s not even staff’s fault because it looks like a lot of carpet needs to be replaced- in the elevators and the room. "

"Booked for a relaxing birthday vacation away from busy life in NY. The day of our arrival (hours before arriving) we were informed that the hot tub isn't working and won't be for at least another week. "I liked that this property was quiet and the employees at the service desk were very kind and helpful. They had a nice workout room. The pool area was very hot. The pool itself was very slippery with many hairs in the water. It didn’t feel very clean. The hot tub was out of order when we went. "
