"I understand the country has blackouts, but the hotel doesn't have a backup power generator; not even for the reception; therefore, there is no lights for the Wi-Fi. The hotel obtains the water from the water well by pump; therefore, because there is no power, there is no water for the toilets, showers, etc. The hydromassage pool water was cold."

"This is my second time staying at the Posada de Arte. I enjoyed staying here because the place is comfortable, and at walking distance from the thermal baths. "My friend and I stayed at this location for a Saturday night while visiting Latacunga. The hotel is nice, but is located next to a discotec. Music from the disco could be heard clearly in our room. The music lasted until about 5AM. We were both unable to sleep. The shower had semi-hot water. For the price was paid for this, I was expecting a lot more than what we received. Definitely not going to stay here ever again."
