Ana was so kind and helpful- even making sure our transportation to the airport very early in the morning was in order. It was easy to take the bus to Barrio Uno and walk with our luggage to her place, plus her dogs are adorable. "

"We loved the place. The apartment is well presented, modern, it has everything you need and the neighborhood is really good. Staff was extremelly welcoming, answered all my questions and even contacted us in advance to organize check in times and any special requirements. Only negative part was the additional USD12 fee I was charged. To be fair, there's a note in Expedia booking, but it's not very clear when making the booking, I would not say it's hidden but it's not clear at all. I use Expedia regularly and this is the first time I get charged the cleaning fee. I even paid everything in advance and I still have to pay that arrival. I would return, but I was not happy about that fee. I'm happy to pay it and the apartment was worth it, but I didn't appreciate the way it was placed in the booking. "
