"This hotel is located in the ghetto. We did not feel comfortable there and certainly did not feel safe going out to eat. The rooms themselves were clean enough but we were not allowed to bring food into the rooms. My daughter said the pool was warm, but they didn't provide towels. When my daughter asked for another towel, they said there would be an additional fee. I recommend avoiding this hotel and all hotels near the Pompeii Ruins."

The staff was very friendly and made recommendations for shops, etc. to make our stay even better. Would most certainly stay at Hotel Civita again!"
