"As noted by every other reviewer, the hotel might benefit from an update. But it is also possible the 80s vibe is completely intentional and something they are happy to keep! "Family stayed for two nights. Staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Alberto the "Captain" of Hotel Poseidon whose hospitality was excellent. The Hotel is just steps from the beach. The breakfast was very good (overlooking the outdoor pool). We had a maintenance issue with the stove in our unit and it was promptly fixed. Air conditioning was excellent. The building and facilities are older, but clean and well-maintained. There is a 24-hour grocery store a few minutes' walk from the hotel....
