"takes sometime to check in but we are the only guest at the check in counter. they gave us the wrong room no as per booking and they need to rearrange again. check in process consider very slow unable to multi task. the floor is oil for no reason at the lobby and also in the room. but they have a water dispenser for refill which a bonus. The picture is different from reality, very old and moldy, the refrigerator & bathroom are full of black mold, the changing cabinet is broken and no one can fix it. At 8:00 a.m. when I went down to the breakfast room, there was nothing to eat because they didn't refill anything, only soup, fruit, and a few cold dishes were left. "For Việt standard it was ok. Vacant lots with trash are in view from room. Breakfast buffet was NOT worth the up charge. Spare beds and house keeping buggy stored in hall. The mattress was horrible and lumpy. On the positive side rooms were clean. Next time we going to stay closer to flag pole park. "
