"Loud noisy trucks outside but poor room lighting in room that kept turning on by itself no matter how many times I shut it off in middle of night. I got no rest, up from 1:30 am to 6:30 am. Find another hotel to stay at. "

"Room nice, clean and comfortable. Staff great. However, surrounding guests were noisy all night Friday night and hotel could not handle that. WiFi spotty. Expedia and other sites say property accepts Visa and MasterCard, but hotel would only accept cash."

"The staff is fluent in English, Thai, and Burmese. They're very helpful and courteous. The area is quite close to neighborhood cafes and teashops for dining. Onsite restaurant offers a good choice of fruit juices, hot drinks, and meals. For some reason, during my stay, I couldn't get hot water from the tap or in the shower -- it's not a big deal since it's in a hot region and a cool shower is preferable, but in case you must have your warm or hot shower, keep that in mind.
