"We spent 30 days touring Thailand and our stay at this hotel was the worst experience we had. The description of the hotel is very misleading. It does NOT have a coffee shop and does NOT offer breakfast. It does NOT have a garden. We booked a "beachfront" room but the beach is located across a busy road, 3-deep car parking and past a long line of beach vendors before you get to the beach. "We enjoy our stay at Sun marine. The place is nice, clean and comfortable, the bed is good the pillow are hard. Just one unpleasant staff called Natiphom. He ask us to wash our feet before going inside of the hotel. We did, but he came like a sand police to watch if you we did wash properly and was point our legs saying: Have sand in this side... like there was nooooooo staff who could clean the floor. Very annoying and not welcome at all. I think this guy should not work in the hospitality...

"We booked the three bed room villa, the experience is very disappointed. The GYM is closed at 7:00PM. The roof of the house is very low, looks like 2.1meters high. The bed is too hard.Two bedroom in the upstairs, share with small bathroom. The master bathroom has no shower, only a bathtub. The service is good, we booked five nights, but we check out early. We can not stay there anymore. The outside environment is not good. Nothing around. "
