"A very friendly and well kept hotel with a fantastic kitchen and some lovely wines, as you might expect from a hotel in the Mosel. We dined in on 2 nights out of three and had very well prepared local food. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. My only minor criticism is that their ability to deal with credit and debit cards was iffy. That said, we were able to settle our bill without having to resort to cash. "

"The room was clean, but the mini fridge was left unplugged and someone left food in it so it continued to make the room smell horrible. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. So if there’s more than one person staying and someone left and the other stayed, the other was locked in basically. "This was a wonderful place to stay in the “Little Switzerland “ area of Luxembourg. Easy access to a lot of great hikes. The restaurant was very good. I want to commend the staff for their care after I took a fall on a hike. They searched for bandages and were genuinely concerned for my well being. Throughly recommend this hotel. "
