"The Pros: The Staff was great always friendly and helpful. The rooms are like individual apartment rooms. They have individual parking if you have your own car and they are quiet. It’s a little out of the way unless you have your own car or like to walk a ways but Grab is always available. The water pressure is good and there is always plenty of hot water. "Old hotel, no problems with the room except that the showerhead can't do a spray, just sends bullets down at you. The neighborhood around the hotel has nothing and you need to take transport to get to places of interest. Very difficult town to navigate around in if your are driving. A lot of one-way streets and chaotic driving. Good restaurants are at the other side of the river about 10 minutes away."

"At one time this must have been a great hotel. Now just a shadow of that. Looks like it mostly has weekend or back to school business. Perfect location for the university, rooms are big but need maintenance and hallway lights are dimmed or not used, rooms not clean (Gecko crap on walls in bathroom), overall a bit depressing. Breakfast is cheap and not very good. Items that should be hot are cold, no food warmers used."
