The bed was comfy, room was very clean, sofa bed was made up for the kids already and we appreciated having a kettle & coffee machine in the room. The kids also enjoyed having the games to play on the TV. The breakfast was good, a small choice of hot food (eggs, bacon, sausage) and good choice of other bits (cereal, pastries, fruit, yogurt). The thing that stood out the most was the staff...
