We had a problem with the safe not working in our room upon check in. The reception staff tried to fix but couldn’t so changed our room without issue. "Everything what we needed. The location!! Walking distance from subi street , cafes and bars. The most comfy mattresses, kitchen, good working condition fridge and freezer, aircon swimming pool. The room was renovated, nice and clean with good housekeeping condition. Our room was located on the busy Thomas Street side, but we didn't hear any noise from the street. Car park is small, if overflowed, we are allowed to park on the Austin street, which is basically at back street. No charge.for...
