"We were greeted with a friendly receptionist who gave us information regarding the hotel, the room was not a sea view or balcony one but was adequate, evening meal was excellent as was the breakfast with very happy cheerful staff especially Jasmine, excellent service and hospitality we shall return thank you "

"Cool new aparthotel, design was great. Lovely colours, kitchenette was immaculate and handy. Loved the location just up for a beach. Used the pool twice as the first time i tried it was heaving so didnt bother, then i tried another time and it just wasnt enjoyable as a family were throwing a ball and jumping and diving literally over the top of people and shouting. It was a horrible experience and anyone else left. Staff didnt do anythint. Second time was lovely though. The got food order...

"Last minute change of plans meant i needed something simple for one night and this place did more than that. Very accomodating, well priced, recently refurbished by looks of it. Very warm, good facilitates and exactly what was needed. Plenty more that i didnt take advantage of such as the bar and restaurant but maybe another time."

We were sooo lucky to have found this little gem right in the centre of Newquay, owner was very attentive as was the waitress at breakfast. Room was lovely and clean, and breakfast was scrummy. I was even fortunate enough to witness Father Christmas Coming in the dining area with his sack of presents accompanied by his elf where he gave each and every guest a gift and we had a little sing along. Such a lovely experience and it really made my day. Now I am no spring chicken - let’s say majority of the guests...
