"Our stay good staff friendly and helpful but breakfast not at all good as hot food bar was not turned on food cold cheese sitting out dry not covered even pancake maker off and items cold Irish people look forward to a hot breakfast and food properly cooked not half raw otherwise everything fine when we arrived at 9 so no excuse no butter available all gone night before we arrived 10 pm restaurant closed only sign saying open to 23.00"

"All was fine. The hotel seems new, the room was large (studio). Well equipped with a nice bath. It was all perfectly clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. Value for money is top. This will be my new pad to stay when I‘m in Sofia. "

"Hotel a 15 min walk to a metro station. Standard room is a little small but have most things needed and was clean and in good condition. Breakfast was very good with a buffet of cereals, some hot foods, salads, cakes, breads, yoghurts, juices and a coffee machine."
