"The service by the staff was extraordinarily they all made such an effort to make my stay as happy and as content as the team could. All the staff seem so well trained in customer service, they were all professional very polite, kind and welcoming. The manager Joe recommended what activities were available on the island, they organised for drivers from and back to the hotel. They helped me arrange all activities. "I think its very expensive for the condition of the room. This is an old resort. The pool has cloudy water. Lucky i stayed here on my last day after 2 week. I felt its a rip off and this place make me want to leave for home. "

"Had a great week. RnW is at the most perfect spot on Belitung with everything accessible. People are friendly. Special mention of Yuni who is helpful, efficient and very hardworking. Beaches are amazing and super clean. Waters around are crystal clear. "

"Stayed for 3 nights. Very good service. Very polite and quick service. Breakfast is good. They changed the menu daily. Room is small but clean. However, I stayed on the 6th floor and it was very noisy every night. They have karaoke on the 7th floor. Every floor hallway also has music that is too loud as well."

"Hotel can consider providing face towels. The hairdryer was provided upon request but the wire seems to be loose and is not working well. "

"It was pleasant to stay here. Hospitality is wonderful and all our requests were fulfilled with a big smile. The staff was always friendly and helpful and our room was kept really clean every single day. Value for money. "

"Comfortable. Small brand new hotel, clean and surprisingly high tech. It has in the premise famous Kong Djie which prepares the best coffee of several chain cafes we have visited. Amazing. But its smallish comes with unappetizing poor variety breakfast from inexperienced kitchen staff. We would definitely stay at this hotel again should we return to the area."

"This place is absolutely amazing. The rooms are spotless and unique, and the hotel is on a beautiful beach, but what makes it special are the staff. I was a solo traveller, and from the moment I arrived I was treated as one of their own. They picked me up from the airport, arranged boat trips, drove me to other beautiful places on the island and introduced me to some wonderful people. I have never experienced hospitality like this. Forget the chain hotels and stay here for an authentic trip to Belitung Island. Thank you Linda and family - I wish you all the success in the world. "
